Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Destiny Prep Online Programs. By enrolling in any course, camp, or class, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment secures a student's seat in a live online program. A student's registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Destiny Prep reserves the right to deny or cancel enrollment at its discretion.

2. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of registration unless a payment plan option is offered.
• If a payment plan is selected, all scheduled payments must be completed by the final week of the program.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension from class access.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund is available if canceled at least 7 days before the program start date.
• After that, no cash refunds will be issued once the program begins.
• If a program is canceled by Destiny Prep, a full refund will be issued.
• Missed classes are not refundable.
• Recorded sessions will be made available when possible so students can access lessons they miss; availability may vary by program.
• Credits may be issued at the discretion of Destiny Prep for cancellations before the program begins.
• Processing fees are non-refundable.

4. Attendance & Participation

• Students are expected to attend live sessions on time and participate respectfully.
• Recordings may be provided when available but are not guaranteed.

5. Technology Requirements

Families are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access, a functioning device, and Zoom access. Destiny Prep is not responsible for technology failures on the participant's end.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students must demonstrate respectful behavior toward instructors and peers.
• Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Recording & Media Notice

• Live sessions may be recorded for instructional and security purposes.
• By enrolling, parents consent to recordings that may include their child's participation within the class environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Destiny Prep is not responsible for interruptions due to internet outages, platform disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.

9. Agreement

By completing enrollment and selecting the agreement checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

10. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By enrolling in any Destiny Prep online program, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that participation in virtual educational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to technical disruptions, online interaction risks, and independent student work completed outside live instruction.

The parent or legal guardian accepts full responsibility for the student's participation and any outcomes resulting from participation in the program.

Destiny Prep, its owners, instructors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, including but not limited to:

• Internet disruptions or platform failures
• Technical device malfunctions
• Student misuse of materials outside supervised instruction
• Actions of third-party service providers

By completing enrollment, the parent or legal guardian voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees to release and hold harmless Destiny Prep and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in the program.
