Section 1: Program Structure
The Student Academic Reset Program provides structured academic support designed to help students stay organized, complete assignments, and remain accountable for their schoolwork. Sessions are available in-person or online via live video.
Students attend:
2 in-person or online sessions per week
2 hours per session
4 total hours per week
Sessions focus on:
Assignment completion
Organization and planning
Academic accountability
Focused work time with guidance when needed
This program is not traditional tutoring but provides structured academic support and oversight.
Section 2: Weekly Program Fee
$200 / week
Flat weekly tuition — no prorating
This weekly fee reserves your student's scheduled program sessions.
The weekly rate applies regardless of attendance.
Missed sessions do not reduce or prorate the weekly tuition.
Section 3: Program Calendar
The program operates weekly except for scheduled breaks.
Scheduled Break
March 23–27
No sessions will be held during this week.
No payment is required for this week.
All other weeks follow the standard $200 weekly tuition.
Section 4: Attendance Policy
Students are expected to attend both scheduled weekly sessions (in-person or online as selected at enrollment).
If a student is unable to attend a session:
The weekly fee still applies.
The reserved session time cannot be transferred to another week.
Occasionally, if schedule availability allows, an extended session may be offered to make use of reserved time, but this is not guaranteed.
Section 5: Payment Policy
Payment is required weekly.
Enrollment requires payment for the first week.
After enrollment, parents will submit weekly payments through the Parent Dashboard.
Payments must be submitted before the first scheduled session of the week.
Failure to submit payment may result in suspension of sessions until payment is received.
Late Payment Fee
A late fee of $25 will be applied if weekly payment is not submitted before the first scheduled session of the week. Sessions may be paused until payment and the late fee are received.
Section 6: Student Expectations
Students are expected to:
Be on time and ready for sessions (in-person or online)
Bring school assignments and materials
Remain focused during structured work blocks
Follow program guidelines and instructions
The program environment is designed to support productivity and academic responsibility.
Section 7: Parent Communication
Parents will be able to view updates through the Parent Dashboard, which may include:
Student Plan
Session Logs
Attendance tracking
Assignment completion notes
These updates allow parents to monitor student progress and engagement.
Section 8: Health and Safety
Parents must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information during enrollment.
Students should not attend in-person sessions if they are sick or contagious. Online sessions may continue at the family's discretion.
Basic first aid may be administered if needed during in-person sessions.
In the event of a medical emergency, emergency services may be contacted and parents will be notified immediately.
Section 9: Emergency Contact Requirement
Enrollment requires:

Parents must keep this information current.
Section 10: Liability
The program provides a structured and supervised environment; however, parents acknowledge that participation in any in-person or online program carries minor inherent risks.
The program is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings brought by students during in-person sessions.

By enrolling, parents agree to the following:
"I have read and agree to the Student Academic Reset Program policies, including the $200 flat weekly tuition, attendance policy, and late payment policy."
This acknowledgment is required before enrollment is submitted.
